The first night sleep ok but weakened up and my back was breaking second night went to bed about 12 and had to get up at 2 -30 my back was worse spent the night on the couch but it was spotless and cosy and only for the bed it was lovely.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to lots of areas of interest. Hotel staff were very welcoming, pleasant and were always willing to answer questions. Room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
The only thing I had an issue with was noise when people were passing in the corridor - on several occasions I thought we had left the room door open we could hear them that loudly/clearly.

I love the location. The noise of the river is a fantastic way to soothe yourself to sleep. The staff are always very friendly - this seems like a cliché, but I find the folks at the Glasshouse exceptionally so.

The Room we stayed in was fabulous...2 balconies...great size bathroom and bedroom everything was just great and we had a meal in the bar. Breakfast was good aswell..all in all a great 10 out of 10 stay!
