Wonderful
Very comfortable bedding. Clean & tidy large room with modern facilities. Off street parking with easy hotel access. Restaurant food was of a high standard both flavour & presentation.Superb customer service. Great location.

Our room was very big we got upgraded
Room was cold it’s a pity because the room was huge we tried putting on the hot air on the air conditioning but it was too noisy so had to turn it off. The bathroom had a heated towel rail so bathroom was nice and warm

Dinner in the hotel was very poor. Poor choice. Terrible dessert. No choice in dessert. Asked for a la carte menu. None available on the night. Graduation menu only. Cheap Cheap Cheap
I don't like your reception area. Nowhere to sit or stand out of the way if you're meeting people. One Waitress on the night of our dinner was bordering rude.

Location. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was perfect - well set out and spacious.

Staff great, location great.
For the price of room I was expecting a higher standard. Our toilet didn't flush properly, there was no bar fridge in the room. Tea facilities in odd place in the room, by a mirror so it fogged up when kettle was boiling.

we asked for a quiet room and our room was perfect on the 6th floor not a sound to be heard
we only stayed 1 night so I could'nt actually recomend anything needed to improve our stay. Breakfast was very good and I liked the way it was served so full marks. Thanjk you
