From the.moment we landed, staff were friendly, helpful, food was fresh and really good. Room was well laid out, bed was comfortable and facilities were great. Had a fantastic night sleep and breakfast was first class

Staff were brilliant!
Signs in the lift from car park could be cleaned / replaced. It’s not the best first impression.

The outside terrace beside the river where you could have lunch. The design of the hotel was also very interesting, modern and unusual. The staff were extremely friendly and very good.
I thought it was rather expensive but I know it was peak season. We paid almost 300 euro for one night. Also there was no swimming pool.

Central location . Reception and bar staff very pleasant.
Knocking on door at 11 am (an hour pre check out) and staff barging into the room! Not very happy with this at all! Again at 2 mins to 12 another loud knock! We left the room approximately 2 mins past 12.. staff outside ready to pounce no apologies ..

Great location; air con, as it was very warm weather; comfortable beds; and parking in the underground car park worked well, once I for used to it. Breakfasts were also very good.
The wi-if was almost unusable. The connection was very weak, and when connected the speed was very low - about 8-9 mbps download speed.
I would have preferred a separate shower, not in the bath, for safety reasons.
There was no fridge in the room.
No de-caff coffee powder was provided in the room.

Surprise upgrade to a spacious suite with lovely river views
Elevators were extremely random and slow; breakfast service chaotic and servery staff offhand, while front of house were working butts off.

Professionalism of staff, location.
Breakfast was delicious. But it was the same every day. I was there for six days. So I would’ve appreciated some different choices.
