Wonderful
Location is excellent but the staff are really attentive and I would also recommend a riverside room. The restaurant and bar seem very popular although we only had a drink ourselves.
The breakfasts were fine but not exceptional.

Great central location, and with parking.
Clean, comfortable, large room with a fabulous river view.
Lovely, helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Good breakfast, and I appreciate this being a served buffet, as I think buffets can be unhygienic and wasteful.
For a 4*, the hospitality tray was somewhat stingy. Only one packet of biscuits, and some herbal tea bags would be appreciated.
My husband said the bacon was tasty but almost impossible to cut.

The location is great. The room was spacious and clean
Breakfast is rather disappointing. In addition, guests have to queue up with a tray, more like in a canteen than a hotel. This is not really the level of service I would expect from a four-star hotel. They also charge for cappuccio and espresso….

Friendliness of staff was a highlight as was the comfiness of the bed.
The hotel was good but the free car park was terrible. It was dark and full of pigeons with the inevitable consequences. We worried about leaving our car there.
