Every thing was great
If one issue was the room key didn't release the door to the corridors and bedrooms and we had to go down to get it changed. I know its a security feature, but I had to urgently get back to the room and it was a bother.

It was our 1st time at the Glasshouse and we had a really good time. It's a beautiful place and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Location, Peace, and a Power Shower
If you’re all about location, this place is a total winner. You are a literal stone’s throw from every major attraction in the city. Usually, that means dealing with a lot of street noise, but surprisingly, the room was dead quiet all night.
The underground parking is a huge plus for convenience, and honestly, the water pressure in the shower was elite—definitely the best part of the room.
The "Nickel and Diming" is Real
This is where the experience lost its shine. Even though there’s on-site parking, be prepared to cough up an extra €6 as it’s not included in the room price.
The breakfast situation was the real kicker. It’s a very basic, standard English breakfast with limited variety. But here’s the kicker: if you want anything other than basic black filter coffee, you have to pay extra. In this day and age, charging a premium for a decent coffee when a guest has already paid for breakfast feels a bit cheeky. Honestly, I’m just surprised they didn't try to charge me for the bread!

Nothing they robbed my glasses and then made me feel like I’ve done something wrong, worst hotel manager I’ve ever came across, had no interest in my problem and she was utterly horrible and very bad mannered, I’d never stay in this hotel again over this one person and whichever staff member stole my expensive rayban sun glasses
